Covid-19 update:

Our delivery team have their temperatures checked every morning and always wear protective face masks and gloves. They also carry hand sanitisers and antiviral wipes as additional safety measures.

If you or anyone else living at the property are showing symptoms, our delivery team will reschedule for a later date. The same applies if anyone in your home is currently under quarantine.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and for helping to keep our delivery team safe by maintaining a safe distance.

Delivery Process:

Within 12 hours of placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. Once your item[s] have been picked, packed and are on their way to our delivery team, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation via email.

Our delivery team will then contact you via email to confirm the date of delivery, followed by a time slot.

Small and medium sized items such as our lamps and accessories will require a signature upon delivery, and as such cannot be left in a secure location.

Larger furniture items such as chairs and desks will be delivered by our specialist two-person service, who will deliver your item to your home and remove all unwanted packaging.

Our delivery service is supported by the POSH courier team.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery charge is calculated based on two criteria: Destination of delivery (delivery charge for specific areas) and whether there is direct elevator access to the destination floor (staircase charge).

For buildings without lifts or products that can only be carried over staircases, additional charges will be levied at your order. All charges will need to be settled prior to or at the time of delivery.

We deliver to Hong Kong only.

When will my item[s] be delivered?

Delivery lead times can vary from item to item, depending on whether they are in-stock or custom made-to-order pieces.

Our in-stock products are stored at our Hong Kong warehouse in Shatin, New Territories. They are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days, subject to the shipping calendar below.

Our custom items are made-to-order especially for you, and take a little time to produce. When ordering one of our made-to-order pieces, please refer to the individual product pages for an approximate lead time on delivery; this can range from 10 – 95 working days depending on the colour, size and finish, etc.

Our warehouse dispatches orders during operational hours from Monday – Saturday. During holidays and busy periods, your parcel may take slightly longer to arrive. How can I find out how long delivery will take for my item[s]?

The estimated delivery time for each item can be found on the product page – we recommend checking that you are happy with the estimated delivery time stated before you place your order.

I've ordered more than one item at once. Will they all arrive together?

To reduce carbon emissions, all of the items on your order will be delivered together. If you have a custom item on your order, this means everything will be delivered when your made-to-order is ready to go.

If you’re hoping for your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders

Can I track my order?

Tracking will be available for your order once you have received your delivery date confirmation email from our delivery team.

Will your delivery team take the packaging away for me?

Yes, that's no problem! Larger furniture items such as chairs and desks will be delivered by our specialist two-person service who can remove all unwanted packaging to be re-used or recycled.

Will your delivery team assemble my item[s] for me?

Most of our products, including our chairs, are delivered fully assembled. Only a small number of items will require some simple self-assembly upon delivery. If an item requires self-assembly we will state this on the product page.

If you have ordered Ollin Monitor Arm, they will arrive flat-packed and be assembled by our team free of charge.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, any delivery that has already left our warehouse cannot be updated. If it is within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation it may be possible to change your delivery address, however, this cannot be guaranteed. To find out more please contact our Customer Care team.

I need my item ASAP, can I get the estimated delivery time reduced?

Unfortunately, because our warehouse is so busy right now, we’re unable to reduce the lead times on any of our items once you have placed your order.

Our warehouse team are always working incredibly hard to try and reduce our estimated delivery times where possible. Any changes to lead times will be updated and communicated via our product pages.

I live up several flights of stairs. Do I need to tell you?

Yes. You must inform us and settle all the additional charges prior to or at the time of delivery. For buildings without lifts or products that can only be carried over staircases, additional charges will be levied at your order.
